Running paces- “Long slow distance makes for a long slow distance runner.” I believe this old saying has some truth. I’m not looking for you to run you’re fastest every day but to keep an honest pace. See the pace chart in the links tab as a guide to use for your pacing. Check your pace occasionally to see how close you are. You can check pace by running on the track or using gmap-pedometer.com to check where mile marks are. Check out the pace guide here
